She welcomed her first Rhodesian Ridgeback into her life in 2006, a moment that marked the beginning of her deep involvement in working activities with the breed.
Alongside her work with dogs, prof. TichΓ‘ is an established academic professional. She is a Professor with a long-standing career in management and strategic leadership, holding the official academic title prof. Ing., Ph.D. Her professional background is rooted in education, research, and leadership, bringing a structured, analytical perspective to her work both within and beyond the canine field.
Since 2006, Ivana has actively worked with Ridgebacks across multiple disciplines, including coursing, nosework, and canine rescue, gaining extensive hands-on experience with the breedβs instincts, motivation, and unique working mindset. Her approach is grounded in understanding the Ridgeback as an independent yet highly capable working partner.
Ivana is also an approved nosework competition judge, combining practical field experience with a clear, fair, and consistent evaluation framework. At the ππ‘π¨πππ¬π’ππ§ ππ’ππ πππππ€ ππ¨π«π₯π ππ¨π§π π«ππ¬π¬ ππππ, she will share her insights on how to build a better relationship with a Ridgeback in a working environment, focusing on communication, trust, and cooperation beyond pure performance.
